Many dominants wear boots as a sign of authority, wherein the submissive is forced to worship and lick the boots. Traditionally, kissing and licking someone's foot is considered an extreme form of humiliation, as well as a sign of utter devotion to a dominant. The ritual cleaning of a dominant partner’s boots is known as boot blacking.

Few things make me feel sexier and more powerful than strutting around in high-heeled leather boots: the click of the heel, the smell of the leather, the look of my feet and legs encased in the boots, and of course a submissive on the floor ready to kiss and worship them.
